Job Responsibilities: ·

- Reading through the tender documentation to identify the key contractual requirements effecting the future execution.

- Assisting the Proposal Manager in assigning contract sections for detailed analyze to appropriate disciplines within the team (e.g. quality, safety, legal, etc.)

- Knowing the contract in sufficient detail, e.g. structure, key points, processes etc.

- Ensuring that all remaining contractual issues are allocated to who it applies to, e.g. Legal, finance.

- Collaborating with Legal on any dispute resolution needs.

Requirement:

- Degree in project management/law with at least 7-8 years of similar work experience, (contract management, project management, legal work) with any oil & gas or mining company.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.

- Proficient with English, (professional written and spoken.
