SCOPE

To control and manage the stock values, material issuance, generation of purchase requisitions, inspection of materials, data entry, reconciliation of book value and shelf stock, MIS reports.

Dimensions of the job :

Duties are carried out for the organization and all its subsidiaries, associated and connected entities.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Issuance of materials, spares requested by the different departments
• Recording the issuance of items in the systems on day-to day basis
• Issuance of diesel to plant equipment
• Certify the rental machinery’s running time
• Material inspection as per delivery note / purchase order upon receipt of the items to the store
• Unloading the import container goods
• Conduct technical inspection of material with the help of the end user department manager.
• Daily floor stock report (physical inventory of materials issues but not consumed by the operation team)
• Purchase Requisition for general consumable items
• Reconciliation of book value and shelf stock value as per the cycle decided by the department manager.
• Ensuring the cleanliness of the warehouse
• Ensuring all HSE guidelines are followed during store operations to maintain a safe work environment for staff & property
• Preparation of all MIS reports of the department. (Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly/ Yearly)
• Maintain the confidentiality of the department’s activity.
• Comply with the Health, Safety and Environmental Policies
• Carrying out assigned tasks in a safe manner
• Attend HSE Trainings and Drills
• Supervise and Monitor safety of team
• Reporting on any unsafe conditions and practices at workplace
• Any other duties assigned by the Reporting Manager

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISE

• Working Knowledge of MS Office & MIS systems.
• 2-3 Year Work Experience in Similar Profile.

QUALIFICATION

• MBA / Graduate / Diploma-Material / Warehouse Management,
• Knowledge of SAP or any reputed ERP software
