Job Description

We are looking for self-driven Boutique Manager with customer centric mindset. To succeed in the role, you must be proven retail professional with well-developed business acumen & leadership skills.


Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Develop and execute strategies in collaboration with retail management to promote brand awareness, increase store traffic, establish store presence etc.
  • Develop and propose short- and long-term strategies to drive top and bottom-line sales, with major focus on discount & cost control.
  • Balance and drive the sales target among the brand collection, categories, and assortments to avoid dependency on selective, exclusive high demand lines.
  • Communicates and executes marketing and visual merchandising programs.
  • Engage in recruiting, identifying, and developing talents and secure succession plans in collaboration with HR.
  • Lead the team in achieving store goals and executing an exceptional customer service experience and create memorable moments by exceeding their expectations; building meaningful and lasting customer relationships and increase and retain customer loyalty.
  • Demonstrate sales leadership by playing an active role on the sales floor through customer engagement.
  • Maintains operations by ensuring compliance with company’s Standard Operating Procedure. Ensures that the team is knowledgeable and adequately trained in store operations procedures.
  • Provides on-going training and development to the team in the area of operating standards, customer service and product knowledge.
  • Develops team members by establishing specific performance objectives, regularly measuring performance, and conducting evidenced performance review feedback sessions.
  • Maintains proper loss prevention standards and ensures compliance with cash handling, safe and deposits procedures.
  • Monitor and track all customer daily appointments and be present during appointments to ensure the most elevated customer experience is being offered.
  • Resolve customer complaints and responds to comments in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapports with potential and existing customers. Reports on product performance, buying trends and customer needs.
  • Conducts regular stock takes and store operations audits to ensure compliance with company’s Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Generates & analyzes sales reports and liaises with Brand Management and Merchandising teams to maximize stock potential. Submits daily invoices and sales recap to Finance.
  • Develops and maintains a system for monitoring and controlling inventory levels that result in minimal shrinkage. Resolves discrepancies identified in the inventory report.


What you'll need to succeed:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in retail store operations, 2 of which in a managerial position in a luxury environment.
  • Strong business acumen with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Microsoft Office Suite - Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
  • English - Excellent verbal and written communication
