Join our dynamic and patient-friendly clinic team! We're Hiring: Telecaller for our Clinic

Location: Fahaheel.

Timings: Full-Time/Part-Time

Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers welcome)

We are looking for a smart, confident and polite Telecaller to handle patient inquiries, appointment bookings, follow-ups and support front office communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming & outgoing calls professionally
• Schedule appointments and manage follow-ups
• Provide accurate clinic information to callers
• Maintain call records and daily reports
  
  

Requirements

• Good communication in English, Indian Languages and Arabic (Preferred)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Handling Social media etc)
• Pleasant personality and willingness to learn
