You’ll work closely with our production and sales teams to ensure jobs are scoped accurately, scheduled efficiently, and executed flawlessly. Your Role: The Link Between the Plan and the Project

This role combines estimation, coordination, and light project oversight—not inspections, but everything from setting up the job to ensuring it is delivered on time and to specification. You’ll also help ensure job readiness, site preparation, and clear communication between teams and trades.

Key Responsibilities

Estimating & Job Setup

• Prepare accurate, detailed roofing estimates (residential primary, commercial secondary)
• Use Xactimate, SumoQuote, Excel, and CRM software to scope, price, and track jobs, a plus.
• Read and interpret roof diagrams, measurements, and project specs
• Create clear work orders and material lists for each job

Production Coordination

• Assist with the planning and scheduling of roofing & remodeling projects
• Order and track materials, deliveries, and crew assignments
• Communicate regularly with crews, vendors, and project managers
• Monitor job progress and support quality control on-site as needed
• Ensure job sites are prepped and safe prior to start

Operational Support

• Maintain organized records of project timelines, photos, and job costs
• Participate in team meetings and assist in streamlining production processes
• Help identify and resolve project delays or logistical issues
• Support safety standards and compliance on job sites

What You Bring to the Table

• 3–5+ years in roofing, construction, or insurance adjusting or estimating, and production
• Strong background in residential estimating; commercial experience a plus
• Proficiency in Xactimate, roofing CRM platforms, Sumoquote, and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Understanding of roofing systems, materials, and job sequencing
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Team player with attention to detail and a proactive attitude
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
