Position: Secretary General / Call Center

Location: Shuwaikh (Full-time, On-site)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative tasks
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and events
  • Handle correspondence and support management
  • Maintain records and office supplies
  • Ensure smooth office operations

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in call handling and CRM
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential matters
  • Team player with self-motivation
