Job Type: Full-Time, Night Shift 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM (Monday to Friday)

We are seeking a results-driven Email & Social Media Marketing Expert to join our ecommerce team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing engaging email campaigns and targeted social media ads. You’ll play a key role in enhancing our brand presence, generating leads, increasing conversions, and driving online sales through strategic content and paid advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and convert prospects.
• Design and write compelling email content (promotions, newsletters, automation flows).
• Manage subscriber lists, segmentation, and A/B testing to improve open and click-through rates.
• Analyze email performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.).
• Social Media Marketing & Ads:
• Develop and manage social media content and ad strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Launch and monitor paid ad campaigns tailored to ecommerce objectives (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, etc.).
• Create engaging, brand-aligned content to grow social media audiences and improve engagement.
• Track campaign performance, adjust budgets, and optimize targeting for best ROI.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (2+ years) in email and social media marketing, especially for ecommerce brands.
• Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign).
• Hands-on experience with Facebook/Meta Ads, Instagram Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Solid understanding of A/B testing, retargeting, and funnel strategy.
• Creative mindset with strong copywriting and content creation skills.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and collaborate with design/content teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 15 months

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
