We are seeking an experienced personable, self motivaed and creative training manager for our prestigious spa brand in Qatar. You should have experience of dealing with multiple teams across sites and coordinating and executing comprehensive training programmes.

You should be familiar with creating SOPs, treatment menus and luxurious guest experiences. You will settle for nothing less than 5 start service and you will be fully capable of creating alignment across our branches.

You will have experience of or a keen interest in motivating and developing therapists from around the globe and creating a culture of positivity and engagement.

Ideally you will be available as soon as possible.
