Job Summary: Napollo Software is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical QA Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing web and mobile applications, identifying bugs, and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and functionality before they reach end users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute manual and automated test cases for web and mobile applications
• Identify, document, and track bugs and performance issues
• Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and project managers to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
• Perform regression, functional, integration, and user acceptance testing
• Participate in sprint planning and provide QA estimates
• Ensure proper documentation and version control of test plans and scripts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in software QA or a similar role
• Familiarity with testing tools such as JIRA, TestRail, Selenium, Postman, etc.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities

Nice to Have:

• Experience with automation testing
• Knowledge of API testing
• ISTQB certification or equivalent is a plus
