Summary
The Siebel Administrator at Systems Ltd is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Siebel CRM environments to ensure high availability, performance, and scalability. This role demands hands-on expertise in Siebel architecture, server administration, troubleshooting, and upgrade processes while supporting business continuity across enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and manage Siebel CRM applications across development, test, and production environments.
Monitor system performance and conduct tuning activities to ensure optimal stability and responsiveness.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as patching, upgrades, and environment refreshes.
Troubleshoot and resolve system errors, application issues, and service interruptions.
Manage Siebel Enterprise components including Gateway Server, Siebel Servers, Application Interface, and Web Servers.
Collaborate with infrastructure and DBA teams for integrations, backup/recovery planning, and system optimization.
Maintain documentation for configuration, procedures, change management, and operational support.
Support deployment activities and ensure compliance with change control standards.
Ensure adherence to IT security and compliance requirements in Siebel configurations.

Technical Expertise
Proficient in Siebel Server architecture and configuration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience with Siebel Tools, Workflow Administration, EAI, and scripting.
- 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Siebel CRM administration and support within large enterprise environments.
Familiarity with Oracle Database, WebLogic, and Windows/Linux server environments.
Knowledge of application deployment, environment management, and automation scripting (e.g., Shell, PowerShell).
Strong debugging and log analysis skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong documentation and communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
