Supply Chain Analyst, NY | $65,000 – $80,000 base salary, plus benefits

A fast-growing consumer products company is looking for a highly analytical and proactive Supply Chain Analyst to support end-to-end supply chain operations across a diverse and mission-led portfolio.

This role plays a vital part in ensuring product availability, improving operational efficiency, and supporting data-driven decisions across planning, inventory, and supplier performance. What You’ll Do:

• Support demand and supply planning with data analysis and forecast accuracy tracking
• Monitor inventory levels and identify opportunities to optimize stock holding
• Prepare and maintain key supply chain reports and dashboards (e.g. OTIF, forecast accuracy, inventory health)
• Assist in S&OP process with actionable insights and scenario planning
• Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, and commercial teams to support supply continuity
• Contribute to system improvements and planning tool enhancements

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or data analysis roles
• Proficiency with Excel and ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, NetSuite); experience with BI tools a plus
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to interpret data into insights
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across functions
• Experience in CPG, FMCG, or healthcare industries preferred
