Job Summary:

Junior Therapists (Russian Speaking) at Sanad Village will be responsible for their key student or students under the supervision of a BCBA. They will provide direct therapy in 1:1 and group settings along with implementing skill acquisition and behavior intervention plans based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.

Key Responsibilities :

· Keep key student’s related materials clean, tidy, and in good shape

· Ensure key student’s deadlines are met

· Collecting key student’s behavioral and skill acquisition data accurately in real-time on Hi-Rasmus

· Provide 1:1 therapy and group-based intervention to individuals in a safe, clean and reinforcing environment

· Running DTT and NET trials accurately

· Attend the school/work placement and home sessions as required

· Adherence to the behavioral reduction protocols and skill acquisition plan as prescribed by the BCBA supervisor

· Complete center projects as needed including, but not limited to, cleaning, organizing materials, and data entry

· Maintain client’s confidentiality, keep the integrity of the parents and children, and not disclose any information outside Sanad Village

· Uphold the client’s dignity, verbally, physically, and emotionally at all times above all

Attend all meetings required and contribute by sharing concerns, ideas and thoughts.

· Attend the department company’s scheduled training and team meetings

· Fill the “Daily Session Notes” on Hirasmus with the attachment of at least one picture or video on a daily basis

· Perform all physical activities required to safely handle students during problem behaviors as prescribed by supervisors.

· Maintain and improve technical knowledge by attending continuing education programs and training

· Attain the RBT / ABAT certification and comply with BAC B / QABA ethical standards

· Maintain the organization’s stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements

· Strictly adhere to the center’s policy and procedures related but not limited to maintaining professionalism, attendance, sick and annual leaves, punctuality, reporting hierarchy, documentation, dress code, personal hygiene

· Adherence to UAE law No. 29, of the year 2006 in regards to the rights of people of determination

· To comply with Sanad OHS Roles and Responsibilities applicable to UAE OHSMS standards and legal requirements

· Actively participate in the center’s client safety and quality improvements programs and other in-service training programs

Education:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Psychology, Special Education or any other related field

Organizational Skills

· Ability to accept constructive feedback and develop knowledge and skill sets accordingly

· Effective time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time

· Good computer and Microsoft Office skills

· Good written and verbal English communication skills

Experience:

· 1 - 2 Years of Experience in related field.

·English, (RUSSIAN MANDATORY)
