Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Promotion
- Promote and detail products to healthcare professionals (HCPs) including physicians, specialists, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
- Execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
2. Territory Management
- Manage assigned territory effectively to maximize coverage, frequency of calls, and brand visibility.
- Plan daily call schedules and route plans.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share.
3. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with HCPs and key decision-makers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups, gather feedback, and address customer concerns.
- Support hospitals/pharmacies with product knowledge and relevant materials.
4. Product Knowledge & Training
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products, competitor brands, therapeutic areas, and market trends.
- Participate in training sessions, conferences, and medical seminars.
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, call reports, sample distribution, and market insights.
- Report sales performance, competitor activities, and customer needs to management.
- Ensure compliance with industry guidelines and company SOPs.
6. Compliance & Ethical Practices
- Follow all legal, regulatory, and company policies related to pharmaceutical/medical product promotion.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
