A/C Technician

City Way Facilities Management is Hiring – AC Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, and maintain various types of AC systems (split, window, package units).
• Perform troubleshooting and repair of AC units, compressors, motors, and related components.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Check and refill refrigerant gas (R22/R410A) as required.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in AC systems.
• Ensure proper cleaning of units, filters, coils, and ducts.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards during all tasks.
• Assist in responding to emergency repair calls as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of AC maintenance experience (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of cooling systems, refrigerants, and tools.
• Ability to diagnose and repair AC issues quickly and efficiently.
• Basic understanding of electrical wiring related to AC systems.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
