Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Academic Counselor to drive our enrollment growth and guide prospective students on their educational journey. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, responsible for converting inquiries into enrollments through expert consultation and persuasive sales techniques. The ideal candidate is a smart, communicative, and dynamic professional with a proven track record in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary point of contact for all student inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
  • Conduct detailed consultations to understand the career goals of prospective students and recommend suitable beauty courses and programs.
  • Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and unique selling propositions of our academy.
  • Follow up diligently with leads to build relationships and close sales deals.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to final enrollment and onboarding.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all course curricula, schedules, and fee structures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to optimize sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in sales, counseling, or client-facing roles within the UAE.
  • Prior experience in a Beauty Academy, Beauty Clinic, or the beauty/wellness sales industry is a MUST.
  • A smart, presentable, and dynamic personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proven ability to close sales and meet targets in a competitive environment.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
  • Tech-savvy and proficient with MS Office and CRM software.
  • High school diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of Arabic/Hindi/Tagalog, or other languages is a significant advantage.
