Salary: 30,000 to 35,000 PKR
Reporting to: Academic Manager
Key Responsibilities:
1. Academic Administration
- Coordinate day-to-day academic operations for assigned programs.
- Manage course registration, timetables, class allocations, and faculty scheduling.
- Ensure academic calendars, exam schedules, and teaching plans are implemented accurately.
2. Faculty Coordination
- Serve as a liaison between faculty and administration regarding courses, materials, and student issues.
- Collect lesson plans, course outlines, and teaching schedules.
- Assist in onboarding new faculty and ensuring compliance with institutional academic standards.
3. Student Support & Communication
- Address academic queries from students and guide them regarding program requirements.
- Assist with student orientation, advising processes, and academic records management.
- Monitor student attendance, performance, and progression reports.
4. Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Support accreditation processes and academic audits.
- Maintain accurate documentation of syllabi, assessments, and academic policies.
- Ensure all programs follow institutional and regulatory standards.
5. Coordination of Assessments
- Organise mid-term and final examinations, including invigilation schedules.
- Ensure proper storage, distribution, and collection of exam papers and grading sheets.
- Track assignment submissions and coordinate with faculty for timely grade entry.
6. Reporting & Data Management
- Prepare weekly/monthly academic performance reports.
- Maintain academic records, student data, faculty workload sheets, and evaluation reports.
- Provide administrative support for academic meetings and committees.

- Competency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and academic software.
- Ability to maintain digital records and support online learning processes.
6. Teamwork & Collaboration
- Ability to work closely with faculty, admin teams, quality assurance, and student services departments.
- Professional attitude and willingness to assist in academic planning and events.
7. Time Management & Prioritisation
- Capable of handling deadlines, semester transitions, exam cycles, and faculty coordination efficiently.
