Academic Coordinator

Role Overview

Bradford International Alliance (BIA) is seeking a highly qualified Assistant Professor to teach and manage academic activities for MBA and DBA programs. The ideal candidate will be a PhD holder with 2–3 years of academic experience, capable of delivering high-quality teaching while supporting academic operations, student mentoring, and research initiatives.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeaching & Academic Delivery

• Coordinate lectures, tutorials, and workshops for MBA and DBA students (online and onsite).
• Develop and update course content, learning materials, and assessments.
• Supervise dissertations, research projects, and case studies.
• Uphold academic integrity, ensuring adherence to plagiarism and AI-use policies.

Academic Management

• Support the Head of Academics in managing program delivery and academic schedules.
• Ensure timely evaluations, grading, and scorecard distribution.
• Assist in curriculum development and module planning.
• Participate in student onboarding, orientation, and academic guidance sessions.

Student Mentorship

• Provide academic and career guidance to MBA and DBA students.
• Monitor student progress and recommend intervention plans when needed.
• Encourage student participation in BIA’s initiatives such as Skill Share, webinars, and industry collaborations.

Research & Institutional Contribution

• Engage in academic research and publish in peer-reviewed journals.
• Represent BIA in academic conferences, seminars, and workshops.
• Contribute to institutional growth through academic innovation and thought leadership.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Masters in Business Administration, Management, or related discipline (mandatory).
• 2–3 years of teaching experience at postgraduate (MBA/DBA) level.
• Demonstrated academic and research contributions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms (Moodle, Google Classroom, or equivalent).
• Ability to balance teaching with academic administrative responsibilities.
