Preschool Coordinator – Job Description (Short & Point-Based)

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (spoken & written)
  • Minimum 2–3 years experience as a Coordinator in a preschool/school
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Basic AI tools usage
  • Social Media Handling Basic knowledge

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of the preschool
  • Supervise and support teachers & support staff
  • Oversee curriculum implementation and classroom quality
  • Handle parent communication, queries, and concerns
  • Manage admissions, counselling, school tours & follow-ups
  • Maintain basic accounts – fee collection, receipts, petty cash
  • Oversee school purchases, vendor coordination & inventory
  • Ensure safety, cleanliness & compliance with school standards
  • Plan schedules, events, meetings, and teacher duty charts
  • Monitor child records, attendance, assessments & documentation

Additional Skills:

  • Basic Montessori understanding
  • Strong problem-solving & decision-making abilities
  • Computer proficiency (Excel, Word, Google Sheets, One Drive)
  • Child-friendly, positive, and professional attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
