Academic Coordinator (Primary/Secondary)

Academic Heights Public School, Raipur seeks a dynamic, experienced Academic Coordinator to lead our teaching faculty and ensure alignment with CBSE standards, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and oversee CBSE curriculum, pedagogy, and assessment strategies.
• Mentor, train, and support teachers in effective classroom practices.
• Monitor student progress and learning outcomes. Academic Quality Assurance
• Coordinate timetables, exams, and academic activities.
• Lead on pedagogical initiatives and approaches
• Bridge communication between staff, students, parents and management.
• Drive continuous improvement in teaching-learning processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's/Bachelor's degree with B.Ed..
• Minimum 3-5+ years of experience in teaching and/or academic coordination in CBSE schools.
• Deep understanding of CBSE framework, curriculum, and assessment.
• Proven leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
