Job Title: Academic Team Lead / Assistant Manager

Office Timing: 10 am to 7 pm
Working days: Monday to Saturday
Number of Positions: 01
Salary: 45,000 PKR to 60,000 PKR per month (Based on experience and skills)
Reporting to: Academic Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Management, or a related field.
4–5 years of experience in an academic coordination, supervision, or management role.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Google Workspace).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualities:
Experience in managing educational programs, faculty coordination, or academic administration will be a plus.
Professional demeanor, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail.
