We are seeking a full-time Academic Trainer to conduct both offline (on-site) and online training sessions for teachers and academic staff. The trainer will help institutes adopt and effectively use our advanced academic and AI-based applications for classroom management, digital learning, and academic administration.
This role combines training delivery, institute collaboration, and platform implementation support.
Key Responsibilities:
Training & Facilitation
- Conduct offline classroom training sessions for teachers at partner institutes.
- Deliver online training programs through webinars or virtual meetings.
- Train teachers on using advanced AI-powered tools such as lesson planners, attendance management, digital diaries, discussions, online exams, and results management.
- Ensure every teacher understands and can apply the platform in their daily teaching workflow.
Implementation & Collaboration
- Coordinate with school/institute management for smooth onboarding and scheduling of training sessions.
- Collaborate with institute heads to promote and implement the application across all departments.
- Gather feedback and improvement suggestions from teachers to enhance training content and product usability.
- Provide ongoing post-training support to teachers through follow-up sessions or online guidance.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain training reports, attendance, and feedback records.
- Track institute-level progress and share updates with the internal operations team.
- Contribute to creating or updating training manuals, demo guides, and video tutorials.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Education, Engineering or any related field).
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching, technology, and helping educators adopt digital tools.
- Basic understanding of EdTech applications, AI-based tools, and e-learning platforms.
- Willingness to travel frequently to institutes for on-site training sessions.
- Prior experience in teacher training, academic coordination, or EdTech support (preferred but not mandatory).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
