Job Title: Accommodation Incharge / Quarter Warden
Location: Lahore
Job Type: Full-Time
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Relevant experience in lieu of formal qualification will be considered.
Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in hostel, dormitory, or staff accommodation management. We strongly encourage applications from retired Army personnel with relevant experience in managing cadet hostels, unit lines, or similar residential facilities.
Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
• Basic knowledge of maintenance and facility management
• Proficiency in MS Office for record-keeping and reporting
• Ability to manage inventories and enforce standards

Mandatory Requirements:

• Must be available for on-call duties and reside on-site or within close proximity.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations and upkeep of staff accommodation facilities.
• Manage resident allocations, check-ins, and check-outs.
• Ensure all accommodation areas are clean, safe, secure, and well-maintained.
• Enforce accommodation rules and regulations for a harmonious and disciplined living environment.
• Maintain accurate records of residents, inventories, and maintenance requests.
• Coordinate with the maintenance and security teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Handle resident inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently.
