Job Summary

Responsible for managing staff accommodation facilities in line with UAE labor laws and municipality standards. Ensures safe, clean, and well-maintained housing, supervises accommodation staff, and handles resident welfare and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of staff housing, including room allocation and occupancy records.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor, Civil Defense, and municipality regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections and coordinate maintenance and repairs.
  • Address employee concerns and support a positive living environment.
  • Supervise housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff.
  • Manage budgets, utilities, and accommodation supplies; prepare periodic reports.

Requirements

  • Experience in UAE staff accommodation or facility management.
  • Knowledge of UAE labor laws and safety regulations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; relevant diploma/degree preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
