ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in June 2025 and is already growing fast, with two full-time team members and one part-time team member. Before opening my own office, I worked as a team member with another State Farm agent, which gave me a clear vision of what kind of culture and work environment I wanted to build — one rooted in collaboration, integrity, and opportunity.
I graduated from LSU with a degree in finance and have always loved the outdoors. When I’m not in the office, you’ll usually find me hunting, fishing, camping, skiing, or spending time on the Gulf Coast. That same drive and enthusiasm for adventure carry over into how I lead my team — setting big goals, working hard, and celebrating our wins together.

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for James Brauns - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
