ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in January 2025, and while we’re a newer office, we’re already building something special — a place where growth, teamwork, and integrity come first. Before opening my agency, I worked in IT consulting for a Fortune 500 company. Later, I helped my husband in his State Farm office, and that experience inspired me to start my own agency — to create opportunities for others and build a team focused on helping people protect what matters most.
I’m a graduate of St. John’s University, married to another State Farm agent, and mom to a wonderful four-year-old. We stay connected to our community by participating in local events and supporting causes that make a difference whenever we can.
Our office culture is positive, collaborative, and rooted in growth. I believe in hands-on leadership, open communication, and creating an environment where everyone can learn, improve, and succeed together. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Carla Rodriguez - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
