ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2020 and currently have a team of six talented professionals who bring energy and passion to everything we do. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent several years in financial services, where I served as a Director of Operations — an experience that taught me the importance of strong leadership, efficiency, and delivering outstanding service.

Outside of work, I’m a proud supporter of my local high school (and alma mater) and actively contribute to our community, including involvement with a local women’s shelter. When I’m not in the office, you’ll likely find me out on my motorcycle, boating, or cheering for the Chicago Bears.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jason Barnes - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
