Responsibilites:


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with client, serving as the main point of contact for all account-related matters.

• Demonstrate deep understanding of client’s business objectives, challenges, market dynamics and competitive eco-system to provide strategic guidance and solutions.

• Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively for improved and enhanced service delivery.

• Guide the creation of comprehensive media communication strategies and solutions to develop effective and efficient media plans with clear objectives and KPIs, that resonate with the client business and audience needs.

• Ensure excellence in executing media campaigns, achieving key performance indicators and mastering operational processes.

• Participate actively in the preparation and delivery of campaign and idea presentations, contribute insights, strategies, and ensure compelling delivery to clients.

• Initiate and spearhead team's efforts in conceiving and executing groundbreaking media projects, actively integrating state-of-the-art technology to enhance project scope, effectiveness, and audience engagement.

• Collaborate with agency cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless execution of projects and campaigns on time and within budget in order to meet client expectations and deliver results.

• Work closely with dentsu regional cluster leads to encourage shared knowledge, to ensure regional standards are applied and to enable the exchange and reuse of best practices and innovative projects.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape within the media and advertising sector.

• Share industry insights and best practices with client and internal teams, positioning the agency as a trusted advisor and thought leader.

• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the account team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

• Guide and support the account team, encouraging ongoing personal and professional growth, fostering talent development, and planning for the team's future success.


Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, or related field. A master's degree or MBA may be preferred but not mandatory.

• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or related roles within the advertising, media, or marketing industry.

• Strong leadership abilities with experience in leading and motivating team members to achieve goals.

• Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.

• Analytical skills to interpret data, insights, and market trends to inform strategic decisions and optimize campaign performance.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.

• Deep understanding of the media landscape, including traditional and digital media channels, emerging trends, and technologies.

• Exceptional command of English language with strong grammar skills and excellent presentation abilities.

• Proficieny in Microsoft Office suite and industry-specific software tools.
