Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to increase revenue across MICE, Groups, Aquaventure, and F&B segments.
  • Identify new markets, channels, and partnership opportunities to strengthen brand presence.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the Business Development team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key corporate clients, event planners, and industry partners.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, PR, and operations to ensure brand alignment and seamless client experiences.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
  • Manage end-to-end sales processes, from prospecting and proposal creation to negotiation and contract execution.
  • Represent Atlantis Dubai at global trade fairs, industry events, and networking functions.
  • Oversee the use of CRM systems (Salesforce, Delphi) for accurate reporting and performance tracking.
  • Drive cross-selling initiatives between both resorts to maximize revenue potential.
