The Account Director, Business Development is responsible for driving revenue growth across Aquaventure World, MICE, Groups and Food & Beverage segments. This strategic role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, expanding market presence, and building key partnerships both locally and internationally.

You will lead the Business Development team, foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, and serve as a brand ambassador for Aquaventure World, Atlantis The Palm, and Atlantis The Royal.

About you

We are looking for a commercially driven, customer-focused, and highly collaborative leader who partners closely with marketing, operations, and PR to position Atlantis Dubai as a market leader while ensuring an exceptional client experience from prospecting through execution.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field, with 5 7 years of experience in sales or business development preferably within the luxury hospitality or attractions sector. You ll bring a strong track record in sales performance, team leadership, and market insight, both locally and internationally. Proficiency in Salesforce, Delphi, and Microsoft Office, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills, will be key to managing diverse segments and consistently achieving revenue targets.
