Job Title: Account Director for Global Beauty Brands

About the Role: The Account Director at BUREAU BÉATRICE is a senior role within the Client Services team, fully dedicated to global beauty brands. You will lead flagship accounts, manage international stakeholders, and oversee large-scale beauty projects that define how the industry experiences creativity. Every deliverable must reflect BB's standards of premium execution and creative integrity.

This role requires global advertising or event experience, deep knowledge of the beauty industry, and the ability to protect and grow high-profile accounts while guiding the team to deliver at the very highest level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the senior point of contact for global beauty brands, building trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Lead day-to-day and long-term relationships with international marketing teams.
  • Understand client calendars, launch cycles, and brand challenges to anticipate needs ahead of time.
  • Nurture accounts by driving conversations that go beyond project delivery.
Project Delivery:
  • Lead the execution of large-scale projects across Multimedia, Shows, Experiential, and Creative Technology.
  • Manage cross-functional teams and keep projects on track with clear objectives, budgets, and timelines.
  • Anticipate risks and keep projects on track with solutions-driven leadership.
  • Obsessed with detail and excellence, ensuring every project delivered reflects the premium standards clients expect from BB.
  • Own account profitability and budgets.
  • Identify ways to grow existing accounts and open new opportunities.
  • Contribute to forecasting and commercial planning with leadership.
  • Lead and mentor Account Managers and Senior Account Managers.
  • Guide the team in balancing autonomy with accountability.
  • Set the tone for collaboration between Client Services, Creative, Production, and Strategy.
  • Stay sharp on beauty industry rhythms, trends, and global standards.
  • Bring insights that help beauty clients stay ahead in product launches, experiential marketing, and content innovation.
  • Senior-level account management experience with global beauty brands.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale, international activations in advertising or event industries.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and managing teams.
  • Experience delivering beauty projects where detail, excellence, and premium standards were non-negotiable.
  • Solid financial acumen with experience owning P&L and account profitability.
  • Strong project leadership on complex, high-stakes projects.
  • Excellent clienteling skills: proactive, solution-oriented, and relationship-driven.
  • Passion for creativity, innovation, and emerging technologies within the beauty industry.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where agility and creative problem-solving are part of the daily rhythm.
