Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Account Exective to manage the day-to-day financial transactions and accounting operations of assigned branches. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate record-keeping in compliance with the double-entry accounting system, maintain branch financial statements, and coordinate closely with the Head Office for reporting and audits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update all branch-level accounting records using the double-entry system.
- Record daily sales, purchases, expenses, cash, and bank transactions accurately and timely.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of all financial entries.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable; follow up on outstanding balances.
- Handle petty cash management and daily cash flow reporting.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports to Head Office (daily, weekly, and monthly).
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with store management on inventory and stock valuation issues.
- Support in payroll preparation and expense reimbursement for branch employees.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- Experience: 3–4 years of accounting experience, preferably in a retail.

Technical Skills:
- Sound knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, ERP, or similar).
- Strong MS Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, reconciliations).
Other Skills:
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines.
