Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily accounting entries in Zoho Books – sales, purchases, expenses, and journal entries.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Record customer invoices, credit notes, and supplier bills accurately.
  • Handle bank reconciliation and credit card reconciliation on a regular basis.
  • Monitor inventory accounting, vendor payments, and stock valuation reports.
  • Prepare and maintain GST records, and assist in monthly/quarterly GST filings.
  • Support TDS calculations, PF/ESI entries, and other statutory compliances.
  • Generate P&L, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, and other financial reports as required.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and the finance head for closing activities.
  • Maintain organized and updated records of all vouchers, receipts, and invoices.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong working knowledge of Zoho Books or similar accounting software.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
  • Good analytical and reconciliation skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
