What You’ll Do (Role Summary)
We’re seeking a driven and high-energy Account Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will own the full sales cycle — from initial engagement all the way to closing deals — build relationships with prospective and existing clients, and contribute directly to Monaire’s revenue growth and market expansion.

What You Bring (Qualifications & Skills)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Proven track record in sales or account management (B2B/SaaS experience preferred, depending on Monaire’s domain).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to present clearly and build rapport with stakeholders.
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills; comfortable with contract negotiation and deal closing.
Highly organized, self-driven, with strong time-management skills; able to manage multiple leads/accounts concurrently.
Comfortable using CRM software and basic sales tools; ability to adapt to internal systems.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup/scale-up environment.
Prior experience in selling software to Retail and/or Restaurant verticals
Experience in SaaS sales and familiarity with subscription-based sales cycles.
Understanding of IoT and AI tech.
Demonstrated history of upselling or account expansion.
