We are seeking a dynamic Account Executive to manage client accounts, drive sales, and ensure customer satisfaction in the Islamabad region.
Role Overview
The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and supporting sales initiatives. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to meet sales targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate furniture solutions.
- Handle client queries, concerns, and feedback professionally and promptly.
Sales & Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Support sales strategies and achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to convert leads into sales.
Account Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM or internal systems.
- Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to management.
- Coordinate with operations, logistics, and design teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Market Awareness
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
- Provide feedback to management on market opportunities and challenges.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer relationship management; experience in furniture or retail is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
