About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. This role requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to deliver exceptional client experiences.


What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and across new markets.
  • Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, support) to meet client needs and achieve business objectives.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive, Sales Executive, or similar client-facing role.
  • Experience in Etimad portal.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.
