About the Role
The Account Executive will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from pipeline creation to close, with a strong focus on consultative selling and relationship building. This role plays an essential part in expanding Impruvon Health’s footprint across the long-term care ecosystem, particularly within the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) market.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, strong business acumen, and exceptional communication with the ability to understand customer needs and articulate clear, outcome-driven solutions. This role requires persistence, curiosity, and a passion for enabling better care.


Key Responsibilities


Pipeline Generation and Management
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities through outbound efforts, referrals, events, and partnerships.
  • Identify, prioritize, and engage key decision makers, influencers, and buying committees.
  • Document all activities, next steps, and outcomes within the CRM to maintain accurate forecasts and account history.
Consultative Sales and Discovery
  • Lead tailored discovery conversations to understand customer workflows, challenges, and goals.
  • Diagnose customer needs and align Impruvon Health’s solutions to measurable outcomes.
  • Deliver compelling demonstrations and presentations that clearly communicate value and impact.
Sales Process Execution
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first touch to close, including scoping, pricing, contracting, and handoffs to implementation.
  • Navigate complex buying processes and multiple stakeholders while maintaining clear communication and momentum.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Customer Success and Product, to ensure smooth transitions and exceptional customer experience.
Market and Territory Strategy
  • Develop and execute account and territory plans that support revenue targets.
  • Research market trends, funding models, buyer personas, and competitive dynamics to refine messaging and positioning.
  • Represent Impruvon Health at conferences, onsite demos, customer meetings, and partner events as needed.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Quota Attainment: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
  • Pipeline Health: Maintain a balanced, accurately forecasted pipeline aligned to activity and conversion expectations.
  • Conversion Rates: Improve efficiency across key funnel stages, including intro to demo and demo to close.
  • Sales Process Quality: Timely CRM documentation, accurate forecasting, and adherence to defined sales processes.
  • Territory Growth: Expansion across target markets and accounts, especially within IDD.

Qualifications


Required Skills and Experience
  • 2 or more years of sales experience in health care, SaaS, or a related industry.
  • Experience selling into the IDD market is strongly preferred and considered a significant advantage.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems; HubSpot experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated consultative sales approach with the ability to uncover needs and align solutions to outcomes.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a track record of moving deals forward without unnecessary escalation.
  • Clear, confident verbal and written communication with the ability to simplify complex information.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple opportunities, stakeholders, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with strong ownership of pipeline creation and advancement.
  • Skilled relationship builder who fosters trust with customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Customer-first mindset with a commitment to delivering measurable value.
  • Adaptable and resilient with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Confident yet humble; coachable, collaborative, and effective when engaging senior decision makers.
  • Willingness and ability to travel for conferences, onsite demos, key meetings, and partner engagements as needed.

Base Salary: 75,000 to 90,000 depending on experience
On Target Earnings: 147,000 to 162,000 including variable compensation
