Description: The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones. Developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs. Success in this role requires excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills as well as a proactive, customer-focused mindset.

Tasks
- Identify and engage with new clients via cold calling, networking and events
- Conduct product demos and follow-ups to close sales deals
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts and finalize agreements
- Ensure smooth handovers to the customer success team post-sale
- Build strong business relationships with potential and existing clients
- Collaborate with marketing, product and client success teams
- Plan and carry out sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue and sales targets
- Provide regular sales reports and updates (internally and externally to HQs)
- Draft personalized emails or messages to engage clients
- Update the CRM with client information, track sales activities and generate reports
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing client base
- Mentor junior colleagues with sales-related tasks
- Proactively address any issues or concerns a potential client might be facing
Requirements
- Stellar communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Excellent knowledge of industry-leading CRMs (Salesforce, Hubspot, Outreach, etc.)
- Prior experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales development
- Good command over database tools such as Google Sheets and Google Dashboard
- Excellent organizational, project management, objection handling and time management skills
- Ability to analyze reports and communicate findings in simple ways to cross-functional teams
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment
