Account Executive - Emiratization

Viola Communications is looking for a driven Emirati Account Executive (Social Media / Client Services) to support the day-to-day management of key client accounts, ensuring seamless coordination, timely delivery, and high-quality outputs. This position is part of our Emiratization program and is open exclusively to UAE Nationals.

This role is ideal for motivated Emirati professionals who are passionate about communication, digital media, and building strong client relationships. You will work closely with senior team members to support client strategies, campaigns, and creative executions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help draft Creative Briefs for assigned tasks, working with Strategic Planning and relevant internal teams.
• Participate in internal briefings with the Creative team and contribute to discussions around creative ideas and concepts.
• Assist in presenting creative deliverables to clients and gathering feedback for revisions.
• Assist in the execution and coordination of major campaigns, product launches, and key client activities.
• Quality-check client deliverables to ensure accuracy, brand alignment, and adherence to timelines and budgets; escalate issues to the Account Manager/Director.
• Act as a key coordinator for the daily workflow and ensure that all deliverables are progressing as planned.
• Assist in preparing cost estimates based on rate cards, production inputs, and supplier quotations, and share drafts with the Account Manager/Director for approval.
• Support the team in developing proposals and materials for new business pitches.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous internship or experience in social media, client servicing, or agency work is an advantage.
• Strong interest in social media platforms, content creation, and digital campaign execution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• This role is exclusively for UAE Nationals under our Emiratization program.
