We are a dynamic IT professional services firm seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to expand our business in the MENA region. The ideal candidate will be a key driver of our growth in the region, leveraging industry contacts and expertise to develop new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and pursue sales opportunities.
2. Utilize existing contacts and networks to generate leads and open doors for new business.
3. Engage with potential clients to understand their IT needs and propose customized solutions.
4. Conduct presentations and negotiations with a diverse set of stakeholders.
5. Close deals effectively, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and expansion of our client base in the region.
6. Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
7. Collaborate with global teams to align service delivery with client expectations.
8. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the competitive landscape.
Requirements
1. 5+ years of sales experience in IT professional services and bachelors degree in IT/Computer Science/Software Engineering
2. Fluent in English and preferably basic proficiency in Arabic.
3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
5. Independent self-starter with a proactive approach.
6. Willingness to travel as needed within the region.
