About the Role

Dusk is seeking a results-driven Account Executive to join our growing team. This is a high-impact, full-cycle sales role responsible for owning the end-to-end revenue process from prospecting to close. As one of the first AEs on the team, you’ll be instrumental in shaping our go-to-market motion, influencing product feedback loops, and driving meaningful revenue growth. You’ll work directly with founders and cross-functional teams to bring the infrastructure powering the future of live entertainment to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full sales cycle from outreach, discovery, demo, to close

  • Identify and engage qualified prospects across hospitality verticals (bars, nightclubs, restaurants, hotels)

  • Deliver compelling demos that highlight how Dusk saves time, improves operations, and boosts revenue for venues

  • Maintain and manage an accurate sales pipeline in our CRM

  • Partner with customer success and onboarding teams to ensure smooth handoffs and long-term success

  • Capture customer insights to inform product roadmap and marketing messaging

  • Hit and exceed monthly revenue targets

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of full-cycle sales experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or hospitality tech

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, you're comfortable leading product demos and value-based conversations

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and hungry to win

  • Experience selling to SMB; familiarity with < 30-day transactional sales cycles

  • Passion for live entertainment, hospitality, and empowering small business owners

  • Bonus: familiarity with Salesforce

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $75,000

  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $120,000 - $150,000
