Dusk is seeking a results-driven Account Executive to join our growing team. This is a high-impact, full-cycle sales role responsible for owning the end-to-end revenue process from prospecting to close. As one of the first AEs on the team, you’ll be instrumental in shaping our go-to-market motion, influencing product feedback loops, and driving meaningful revenue growth. You’ll work directly with founders and cross-functional teams to bring the infrastructure powering the future of live entertainment to life.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the full sales cycle from outreach, discovery, demo, to close
Identify and engage qualified prospects across hospitality verticals (bars, nightclubs, restaurants, hotels)
Deliver compelling demos that highlight how Dusk saves time, improves operations, and boosts revenue for venues
Maintain and manage an accurate sales pipeline in our CRM
Partner with customer success and onboarding teams to ensure smooth handoffs and long-term success
Capture customer insights to inform product roadmap and marketing messaging
Hit and exceed monthly revenue targets
Qualifications:
2+ years of full-cycle sales experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or hospitality tech
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, you're comfortable leading product demos and value-based conversations
Highly organized, self-motivated, and hungry to win
Experience selling to SMB; familiarity with < 30-day transactional sales cycles
Passion for live entertainment, hospitality, and empowering small business owners
Bonus: familiarity with Salesforce

Compensation:
Base Salary: $75,000
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $120,000 - $150,000
