We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Account Executive to manage client relationships, understand their business needs, and ensure smooth delivery of services. The ideal candidate is confident, organized, and skilled at communication.
Job Responsibilities
- Make 15–20 inbound/outbound sales calls per day.
- Contact warm leads provided directly by the company no cold calling required.
- Explain services, pricing, and shipment details to potential customers.
- Convert assigned leads into successful bookings.
- Maintain clear communication and follow-up with clients until deal closure.
- Keep call records and update booking information in the system.
- Deliver professional customer service that aligns with company standards.
Requirements
- 6 months to 1-year experience as a US or UK based sales executive.
- Excellent communication skills (English preferred).
- Ability to handle inbound/outbound calls professionally.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of sales or customer service (experience in brokerage preferred but not mandatory).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
