We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Account Executive to manage client relationships, understand their business needs, and ensure smooth delivery of services. The ideal candidate is confident, organized, and skilled at communication.

Job Responsibilities

  • Make 15–20 inbound/outbound sales calls per day.
  • Contact warm leads provided directly by the company no cold calling required.
  • Explain services, pricing, and shipment details to potential customers.
  • Convert assigned leads into successful bookings.
  • Maintain clear communication and follow-up with clients until deal closure.
  • Keep call records and update booking information in the system.
  • Deliver professional customer service that aligns with company standards.

Requirements

  • 6 months to 1-year experience as a US or UK based sales executive.
  • Excellent communication skills (English preferred).
  • Ability to handle inbound/outbound calls professionally.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Basic understanding of sales or customer service (experience in brokerage preferred but not mandatory).
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
