We are looking for an Account Manager who will effectively manage, retain and build long term mutually benefiting relationship between the clients and Edenred UAE, to elevate the clients experience with us by provide the trust, structure and confidence in doing business with us. Cross sell addition products that will increase our profits and add benefits to clients of all sizes. Be the voice of the customer to enhance his journey with us.
Position Scope
- Manage and own all allocated clients within your own portfolio
- Fully onboard all new allocated clients (face to face / teams etc) to process salaries in a timely manner.
- Own and manage the entire relationship with the company, which included KYB and KYC collection.
- Retain all clients to the best of your abilities.
- Generate additional revenue streams (App registrations, sister companies, non C3 and medical insurance products)
- Handle escalations and pricing negotiations.
- work with internal departments to ensure that client needs are understood, satisfied and receive the services in a timely manner. improving the overall customer experience.
- uncap addition products and solutions that could generate us additional revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate sales among client accounts, including upsetting and cross-selling
- Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers
- Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts
- Makes sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion
- Communicates client needs and demands to employer company
- Forecasts and tracks client account metrics
- Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals
- Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients
- Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service
- Collaborates with sales team to reach prospective clients
- Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines
- Keep records of client transactions
