Team Supervision
- Supervise account teams, ensuring alignment on project workflows, responsibilities, and deadlines.
- Promote collaboration across disciplines to deliver seamless campaign execution.
Project & Operational Management
- Manage complex projects from briefing to delivery, ensuring execution on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
- Maintain quality control across all deliverables, ensuring adherence to client expectations and brand guidelines.
- Coordinate internal teams and suppliers to ensure synchronized project execution.
- Handle and maintain project documentation for accessibility and accuracy.
Business Development & Financial Management
- Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling additional services.
- Lead or contribute to pitches for new business using industry and client insights.
- Oversee account budgets and financial planning to ensure projects remain within financial parameters.
Reporting & Analysis
- Analyze campaign performance, generate actionable insights, and provide detailed reports to clients and internal teams.
- Conduct regular client review meetings to discuss outcomes, feedback, and future planning.

- Stay informed on industry trends, marketing innovations, and competitor activities to keep the agency ahead of the market.
