We are looking for an Account Manager to join as a Founding Team Member of our Saudi Arabia operations. This role will be based in Thuwal, with a primary focus on supporting our strategic accounts, assisting the General Manager, and acting as a critical bridge between local activities and our UK-based technical and commercial teams.


What you will be doing with us:

Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Client Support
    • Act as the primary point of contact for our clients in the Kingdom, initially starting with KAUST, ensuring regular engagement and support.
    • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and understand client needs in depth.
    • Ensure high-quality delivery of services and support to maintain client satisfaction and trust.
    • Escalating issues to UK-based technical and commercial teams for timely resolution

  • Project Coordination
    • Support the Saudi GM in managing day-to-day project activities, timelines, deliverables, and communications.
    • Coordinate closely with the UK team to align on technical delivery and strategic direction.
    • Monitor progress and ensure timely escalation of issues or delays.
  • Technical Engagement & Communication
    • Participate in technical presentations and demos where required.
    • Translate client needs into actionable insights for our technical teams.
      Collect and communicate feedback from clients to improve product offerings and services.

What we're looking for:

We are looking for a versatile and driven individual with a mix of technical understanding and commercial acumen. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic, collaborative environments and enjoys working on both project execution and client engagement.

In technical terms, we're looking for someone with:

  • Prior experience in project management, account management, or consulting roles, ideally in a tech or AI-focused environment.
  • Fluency in English & preferably in Arabic.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Eligibility: This position is open to Saudi nationals only.

Location :

This is a full-time position to be based in Thuwal, on-site with our current projects in King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST)
