We are hiring "Account Manager" is responsible for managing and growing relationships with existing clients, understanding their training needs, and ensuring successful delivery of training solutions. This role bridges client requirements and internal operations to guarantee client satisfaction and business growth.


Key Responsibilities:


Client Relationship Management:

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Understand clients’ business objectives and training needs to propose suitable training solutions.
  • Follow up on client feedback and ensure high satisfaction levels after each training program.

Business Development:

  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to generate new leads and expand the client base.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations for training solutions.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.

Project Coordination:

  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery of training programs.
  • Monitor timelines, logistics, trainer assignments, and materials to ensure quality delivery.
  • Ensure that all client requirements are met on time and within budget.

Reporting & Administration:

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and projects on CRM systems.
  • Prepare regular reports on account status, pipeline, and revenue forecasts.
  • Manage contract renewals, invoices, and payment follow-ups.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in account management, preferably in a training, HR, or service-based company.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive attitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
