Account Manager

Al Rasikhoon Real Estate is seeking an experienced and highly organized Account Manager with strong leadership skills and a solid background in UAE financial operations. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end accounting functions, supervise the finance team, ensure compliance, and support management with accurate financial reporting and analysis.

Priority is given to candidates with IFRS or CMA certification and those who can join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management & Reporting

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, payables, receivables, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure the accuracy of financial entries and maintain complete, organized financial documentation.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control processes.
• Review and validate all payment requests, supplier invoices, and financial settlements.

Compliance & Internal Controls

• Ensure full compliance with UAE VAT regulations and other statutory requirements.
• Implement strong internal controls and financial procedures to safeguard company assets.
• Coordinate and support internal and external audits.
• Ensure timely submission of VAT returns and government-related filings.

Team Leadership & Supervision

• Lead, mentor, and monitor the accounting team to ensure performance, accuracy, and timely task completion.
• Assign duties, review the team’s work, and provide continuous guidance and training as needed.
• Maintain a strong, organized workflow within the department.

Financial Analysis & Business Support

• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial liquidity.
• Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Assist in financial planning, risk assessment, and strategic decision-making.
• Prepare periodic management reports to support operational and investment decisions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar accounting or account management role within the UAE.
• Priority will be given to candidates with IFRS certification and/or CMA certification.
• Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing an accounts team.
• Solid knowledge of UAE VAT laws and financial regulations.
• Strong proficiency in accounting systems/ERP platforms and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Able to commute or relocate before joining.
• English required; Arabic is an advantage.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
