About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with a strong background in Quality Assurance within the Food or Restaurant sector , ideally with a Chemical or Chemistry educational background .

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Food Safety, Hygiene Standards, and Quality Control , and be able to manage customer portfolios while ensuring high service quality.

- Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts in the Food Service / Restaurants / Food Manufacturing sector.
• Conduct regular quality audits for customers to ensure compliance with hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Provide technical support, cleaning solutions, and hygiene recommendations based on client needs.
• Ensure clients comply with HACCP, ISO, and food safety regulations .
• Deliver product training and hygiene awareness sessions to client teams.
• Monitor account performance and customer satisfaction, recommending solutions for improvement.
• Prepare reports, action plans, and follow-up on quality issues with customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, technical support) to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Identify opportunities to upsell hygiene programs, equipment, and sanitation products.

- Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry , Chemical Engineering, Food Science , or related field (mandatory).
• 1–3 years of experience in Quality Control, Food Safety, or Hygiene in restaurants, catering, or food manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of hygiene practices, sanitation chemicals, and food safety standards .
• Excellent communication skills and customer handling abilities.
• Ability to conduct hygiene audits, site visits, and prepare quality reports.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
• Fluent in English (written & spoken).
