About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager with around 3 years of experience in managing financial accounts, client relationships, taxation, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong financial knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely financial processes while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
1. Client Account Management
    Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
    Handle client queries related to billing, invoices, payments, and account updates.
    Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships.
2. Financial Reporting & Documentation
    Prepare and maintain financial statements such as balance sheets, P&L reports, and reconciliation reports.
    Ensure financial accuracy and compliance with standards like GAAP / IFRS.
    Maintain proper documentation of invoices, receipts, and financial records.
3. Financial Analysis
    Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and insights.
    Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for clients and internal teams.
4. Taxation & Compliance
    Manage GST/VAT calculations, returns, and compliance-related filings.
    Ensure adherence to statutory requirements and financial regulations.
    Support internal and external audits with necessary documentation.
5. Communication & Coordination
    Communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
    Coordinate with finance, sales, and operations teams for seamless workflow.
    Prepare financial reports, summaries, and presentations as needed.
6. Problem Solving & Issue Resolution
    Identify and resolve discrepancies in client accounts.
    Address billing, payment, and account-related issues promptly and effectively.
7. Time & Project Management
    Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
    Oversee financial projects, track progress, and ensure timely deliverables.
8. Data Security & Integrity
    Handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality.
    Maintain strong ethical standards and data integrity.

Required Skills & Qualifications
    Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
    3 years of experience in account management, accounting, or finance roles.
    Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance.
    Proficiency with financial/ERP software like Tally, SAP, Oracle, etc.
    Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, Data Analysis).
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
    Customer-focused approach with collaborative teamwork skills.
    Adaptable, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset.
