Job Purpose

To manage day-to-day operations across assigned client accounts, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns, timely delivery of projects, and consistent client satisfaction. The role bridges internal teams and client stakeholders, providing clarity, coordination, and proactive support to maintain trust and deliver value.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear communication and trust.
  • Translate client briefs into actionable internal plans and timelines.
  • Coordinate with creative, production, and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, flag risks early, and provide status updates to all stakeholders.
  • Assist in proposal writing, quotation preparation, and scope definition.
  • Support the Senior Account Manager in managing larger accounts or new business pitches.
  • Ensure documentation and archiving of all client correspondence, approvals, and deliverables.
  • Maintain a positive, professional relationship with client representatives at all levels.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field (Essential)
  • 3–5 years in a client-facing role within an agency or media environment
  • Familiarity with campaign planning, creative workflows, and budgeting basics


Knowledge & Expertise

  • Knowledge of media, marketing, and production in the Saudi context
  • Proficient in managing multiple projects under pressure
  • Familiar with task management tools, CRMs, and presentation software
  • Understanding of pricing models and quotation processes
