Job Title: Account Manager – Debt Collections

Location: Noida | Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead client relationships and oversee debt collections operations with a focus on process transitions . The role involves managing end-to-end collections performance, ensuring compliance, and driving seamless transitions for US-based clients. A valid US visa is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client relationships and collections operations.
• Lead transition projects (due diligence, KT, stabilization).
• Ensure SLA/KPI delivery and compliance with US regulations (FDCPA, TCPA).
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth process onboarding.
• Provide insights through performance analysis and reviews.
• Travel to the US for client visits and transitions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years in debt collections, incl. 2+ years in client-facing role.
• Experience in transition management (BPO/shared services).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Valid US visa (mandatory).

Preferred:

• Experience with US clients, PMP/Six Sigma certification, and exposure to digital collections tools.
